How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use professional-grade, corrugated cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items are scheduled to ship on or around the official release date listed on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns on vinyl, CDs, and cassettes if they are unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. If you receive a defective or warped pressing, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
